Coach Lois will work with you, most often via a weekly phone call, to focus on the aspects of your business or life that you wish to improve. Together, we will formulate a game plan that serves as a roadmap for us to focus our work together. We will determine if you need to learn new skills of your game or practice the skills you know yet are experiencing some difficulty with currently. | Group Coaching | | | They are times that participating in group coaching may be the best option for you. Groups are usually 6 -10 people. During these group coaching sessions, you and your fellow group members will work together as a team to start playing a game that everyone can win. There will be times when individuals may work more one-on-one with the coach while others in the group listen since there is much to be learned from others game development. There are also times when the group may serve as a collaborative enironment where you may "try out" ideas before putting into practice. Groups often serve as a great resouviour of resource information that may be shared with other group memebers.
